Product Management Manager – Mastercard Send (LAC)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a technically oriented Product Manager to drive the growth and performance of Mastercard Send across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will act as the primary technical and analytical partner to the Regional Send Product Management Director, collaborating with regional markets, global product teams, and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional Send Product Management Director in advancing strategic initiatives for Mastercard Send in LAC.
• Develop deep expertise in Mastercard Send’s APIs, integration models, transaction flows, and solution architecture.
• Partner with regional markets, business development, operations, and technology teams to assess technical requirements and identify solution gaps.
• Analyze client and market needs, translating them into clear product requirements and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to Product Requirements Documents, business cases, and other materials needed to move regional initiatives forward.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems and technical integrations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product performance data.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with APIs, technical documentation, and payment architectures.
