Product Manager – SaaS Startup (Remote, Brazil preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join a fast‑growing SaaS startup that is redefining partner management. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Brazil, and reports directly to the CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and prioritize the roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead discovery and research activities with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Translate insights into clear product specifications and requirements.
• Plan and manage sprints, track progress, and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Champion user experience to make the platform intuitive and delightful.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate on product performance.
