Product Marketing Manager (CX Platform)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for the VTEX CX Platform. This hands‑on, strategic role sits at the intersection of product, growth and marketing, where you will define positioning, craft compelling messaging and drive both adoption and new customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging, maintaining a single source of truth for the CX Platform and tailoring differentiated messages for target personas, markets and industries.
• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and product launches, aligning roadmaps with product teams and enabling regional marketing, sales and growth teams globally.
• Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile, conduct competitive and market analysis, and use data to sharpen product differentiation.
• Develop programs that move prospects through the funnel and accelerate adoption among existing VTEX merchants, while equipping stakeholders to position the platform effectively.
• Create sales collateral and enablement materials such as playbooks, pitch decks, one‑pagers, battle cards, product videos and website copy.

Required profile

• Based in São Paulo.
• 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in mid‑to‑enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record leading initiatives across product, sales and marketing organizations.
• Ability to develop positioning and messaging from scratch and think in a structured, data‑driven way.
• Excellent written communication in English and Portuguese.
• Comfortable interpreting metrics and using evidence to support positioning decisions.
• Digital commerce experience is a plus, especially with conversational or customer‑engagement platforms.
