QA Engineer – Testing, Automation & AWS

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a QA Engineer with experience in testing, automation and AWS to join its technology team in São Paulo. The role supports Agile squads delivering software solutions for financial services and other domains.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases and test plans.
• Document test results and recommend process improvements.
• Consolidate testing results and provide regular updates to management.
• Support technical and functional teams within Agile squads.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve testing processes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams during requirements analysis and testing activities.

Required profile

• Experience with manual software testing.
• Knowledge of test cases, test plans, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements.
• Understanding of programming logic, data modeling and test automation concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS environments.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability and infrastructure concepts (servers, networks, firewalls).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
