Solutions Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer focused on enterprise pre‑sales, you will act as the technical bridge between prospects and Taktile’s AI‑powered decisioning platform. You will partner with the Sales team to design and demonstrate AI‑driven solutions that address credit, risk and fraud challenges for leading financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high‑impact Agentic AI use cases throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead the design and execution of proof‑of‑value projects, building technical prototypes and demos that simulate production‑grade integrations.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to build solutions on Taktile’s Agentic Decisioning Platform and communicate value to senior stakeholders.
• Provide competitive intelligence and prospect insights to product management to shape the AI product roadmap.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience writing production Python code.
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations and engage both technical (e.g., Principal Engineers, Data Scientists) and business stakeholders (e.g., Risk Managers, Credit Analysts).
• Experience managing technical scope of Proof‑of‑Concepts and supporting high‑contract‑value enterprise deals.
• Growth mindset, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn new methodologies.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Design and integration of REST APIs.
• Building, tuning and deploying ML models using frameworks such as scikit‑learn, XGBoost, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Creating technical prototypes and demos on an AI decisioning platform.
