Translation Vendor Management Internship

About the role

The Vendor Management internship will support the Vendor Management department in handling capacity needs for production teams. You will gain hands‑on experience in a multicultural translation environment, learning how a global translation company operates.

Key responsibilities

• Search for new vendors (translators, proofreaders, medical writers, regulatory consultants, etc.) by running platform searches, posting jobs, contacting candidates and reviewing CVs.
• Set up new vendors in internal Vendor Management systems, including screening applications, organizing paperwork, collecting signatures, adding vendors to platforms and storing documentation.
• Assist candidates through the certification process: create and schedule tests, coordinate reviews, maintain training records and update dashboards.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a BA program in Translation or a related field.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
• Capacity to handle large amounts of information accurately across multiple platforms.
• Proactive, accountable attitude with the ability to prioritize daily tasks.
