Account Executive (Closer) – Spanish‑Speaking Markets

About the role

This is a full‑time, hybrid position based in São Paulo with three days in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our LATAM market is growing and thriving.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Contribute to the growth of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting sales deal progression.
• Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within target personas, optimizing the sales approach, and consistently analyzing data to inform strategies.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance service offerings.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of software sales, preferably in fast‑paced environments like startups or scale‑ups.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools, using data to identify trends.
• A passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector.
• Active drive to secure deals in a competitive environment while fostering a supportive, collaborative atmosphere.
• Proactive and flexible mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Based in São Paulo with a strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish.
