B2B Marketing Manager – Brazil (Hybrid)

About the role

Cambly is seeking a results‑driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead lead and demand generation across the Latam market. The role is hybrid, based in Rio/São Paulo, and will own integrated campaigns that feed the global sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel B2B demand‑generation campaigns focused on MQL and pipeline creation.
• Develop and manage the B2B content funnel, including blog posts, case studies and whitepapers.
• Plan and execute both online (webinars, virtual summits) and offline (conferences, hosted events) to generate high‑quality leads.
• Implement Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in partnership with Enterprise Sales.
• Grow and maintain the B2B LinkedIn presence, creating engaging posts that capture leads.
• Track performance metrics such as conversion rates, CPL and pipeline contribution, reporting insights to stakeholders.
• Own the B2B marketing budget, allocating spend to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure lead quality and consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Native Portuguese speaker with C1/C2 English proficiency.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, emphasising lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Proven track record developing yearly marketing plans and managing budgets.
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian B2B landscape and key industry verticals.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling B2B content (blogs, case studies).
• Experience planning and executing successful online and offline B2B events.
• Hands‑on experience with formal ABM programmes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced startup environment.
