B2B Strategy Consultant

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a B2B Strategy Consultant to lead complex cross‑functional programs that drive the global growth of its B2B business. The role will align product, go‑to‑market and operations strategy with customer needs and corporate priorities, working closely with product marketing, sales, engineering and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define global go‑to‑market plans for B2B products, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking and pricing strategies.
• Serve as project manager for strategic deployments, creating detailed project plans with milestones, budgets and stakeholder mapping.
• Coordinate across product, sales, marketing, engineering, support and legal teams to ensure interlock and execution.
• Engage system integrators, carriers and enterprise clients to pilot and scale solutions, maintaining executive relationships.
• Support global launch operations through enablement training, asset creation, GTM readiness and performance dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs, optimise initiatives based on data feedback, and manage issue escalation, risk mitigation and status reporting.
• Prepare executive updates and presentations for the Global Leadership team.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in program or project management for enterprise mobile, IoT or IT service product launches.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑region initiatives and multiple regional or global rollouts.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Experience at headquarters level managing global programs.
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP, Scrum or equivalent certification preferred.
