Deployment Lead

About the role

Taktile is looking for a Deployment Lead to act as the strategic layer of its Forward Deployed Engineering function, guiding financial‑institution customers through AI‑driven decision‑making transformations and ensuring maximum business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to qualify opportunities, shape account strategy and build executive credibility.
• Lead use‑case discovery, prioritisation and process‑mapping workshops to define business impact, feasibility and ROI.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of pilot and proof‑of‑value programs, coordinating Forward Deployed Engineers and ensuring quality, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Translate technical results into business implications, present progress and risks to senior stakeholders, and drive expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Strategic enterprise leader with 5‑10 years of experience navigating complex AI transformation programs.
• Executive communicator able to engage C‑level stakeholders and align cross‑functional teams.
• Commercially minded with ability to quantify business value, ROI and link delivery to long‑term account growth.
• Hands‑on technical aptitude in applied AI, data and integration, comfortable building prototypes with modern AI tooling.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % of the time.
