Influencer Marketing Specialist – Creator Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who will act as a Creator Coordinator, driving the development and execution of data‑driven influencer campaigns for our clients. The role blends strategic thinking, campaign management and performance analysis to deliver high‑impact, measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, audience insights and cultural trends.
• Identify, evaluate and manage influencers across platforms, ensuring audience fit, engagement quality and content alignment.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution, including content calendars, deliverables, timelines and communication.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and provide actionable recommendations to optimise results.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, account, booking, paid media and data teams for seamless delivery.
• Support budget tracking, contracts, usage rights, compliance and reporting throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer, social or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from planning through reporting.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator dynamics and social platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project‑management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Familiarity with influencer selection tools, social listening platforms and performance analytics.
