Junior Software Developer

About the role

CSG is looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join its Agile teams. You will help design, develop, and test software solutions while translating business needs into clear technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle following Agile principles.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirements Documents.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using established coding standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot software defects, delivering effective solutions.
• Execute unit, integration, and system testing to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as design specs, test plans, and user manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with .NET development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to interpret Business Requirements Documents.
• Strong debugging skills and experience with software testing concepts.
• Excellent technical writing abilities.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
