Lead SAP Project Management Consultant – Sao Paulo

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive the delivery of SAP projects for its Brazilian clients. The role combines project management, technical implementation and people leadership across a distributed, global delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mid‑size SAP projects at a global scale, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead a distributed delivery team across multiple regions and time zones, coordinating daily activities and fostering collaboration.
• Provide governance and status reporting to global leads, highlighting risks, issues and progress.
• Oversee people management for the local Brazil team, including performance reviews and development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for formal education.
• Proven experience with global programs that span multiple time zones.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as project demands dictate.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship provided).

Required skills

• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA and related solutions (Ariba, Concur, FSCM, APO/IBP, Central Finance, etc.).
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager.
• Hands‑on use of Panaya (or similar testing tools), SharePoint and Power BI.
• Knowledge of integrating SAP with third‑party tools such as Warehouse systems, Edicom and Sovos.
