Loyalty Manager

About the role

Bullfinch Recruitment is partnering with a high‑growth social gaming business to find a Loyalty Manager who will drive revenue and retention through proactive outreach and tailored player offers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactive Outreach: Conduct regular outbound calls to top‑tier players, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and present tailored offers.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary advocate and concierge for players, building trust and rapport to make sales conversations feel natural.
• Bespoke Offer Creation: Design and pitch unique, tailored rewards and incentives based on player preferences and play patterns.
• Needs‑Based Selling: Identify each player’s needs and address them directly, turning interactions into relationship‑building opportunities.
• Query Resolution: Serve as subject‑matter expert for player inquiries about rewards, loyalty programs, and account benefits, resolving issues swiftly.
• Player Requests: Monitor and facilitate withdrawal requests, ensuring a smooth, prioritized experience.
• Player Advocacy: Collaborate with internal teams to feed player feedback into future offer strategy.

Required profile

• Sales mindset with comfort in outbound calling and spotting opportunities.
• Customer service background with experience in player‑facing support roles.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Accountability and reliability in owning problems from start to finish.
• Good judgment to make decisions on custom rewards within company guidelines.

Required skills

• Fluent English.
