Marketing Campaign Manager – Portuguese (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

We are looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Marketing Campaign Manager to join a leading financial services company. The role is fully remote within Brazil and focuses on planning, executing and analysing multi‑market campaigns across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across LATAM in line with global priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery across digital, social, email, performance support, partnerships and events.
• Plan and deliver local brand activations, including events, sponsorships and promotions.
• Manage localisation and rollout of marketing assets in Spanish and Portuguese while ensuring brand consistency.
• Support CRM campaign execution covering onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation journeys.
• Own campaign operations: briefs, timelines, translations, approvals, compliance and delivery tracking.
• Act as the regional execution point of contact between Central Marketing and LATAM teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows and report on campaign performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent Portuguese with professional English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management or marketing operations.
• Previous experience in an FX brokerage is mandatory.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑market campaigns and coordinating cross‑country stakeholders.
• Hands‑on exposure to CRM platforms and email campaign execution.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel.
• Solid understanding of LATAM markets; Brazil‑based profile preferred.
