Project Manager – Enterprise IT (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise‑level IT initiatives remotely from Brazil. You will oversee data, infrastructure, and application development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 concurrent high‑risk IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid approaches.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder update meetings.
• Track budgets, timelines, and resources, proactively mitigating risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across global locations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of enterprise project management experience in large IT environments.
• Proven ability to own full project lifecycles, handling scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills at all organizational levels.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Background in finance or financial services is a plus.
