Join Revolut's dynamic legal team, where we transform complexity into clarity. As a Senior Disputes Legal Counsel in Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in driving rapid growth while ensuring robust protection through strategic litigation mitigation and regulatory risk management.

Main Missions

• Identify and manage litigation risks while providing strategic legal advice to business functions regarding contentious regulatory matters.
• Monitor litigation trends and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Conduct internal investigations and ensure the efficient, cost-effective resolution of legal disputes.
• Manage external legal counsel, coordinate disclosures, and oversee the submission of new cases by supervising paralegals.
• Draft, review, and approve legal correspondence and judicial documents, including participation in hearings.
• Produce comprehensive weekly reports on consumer, labor, and criminal litigation.
• Handle dispute tickets via internal systems (Jira) and manage day-to-day judicial processes.
• Support the EDR team in developing strategies to mitigate liabilities.

Profile sought

• Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in litigation within top-tier Brazilian law firms.
• Deep expertise in Civil Law, Consumer Law, and Labor Law.
• Strong ability to navigate complex regulatory environments in the fintech sector.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on cost-effective dispute resolution.
