Senior Manager, Supply Chain

About the role

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will lead the Sales & Operations Planning, purchasing of finished goods, and import logistics for Kohler brand products in Brazil. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director Latin America, this role ensures demand and supply alignment across multiple regions and supports the commercial team in achieving profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Demand Sales Planning process and develop the annual forecast to guide sales and operations.
• Analyze sales results, forecast accuracy, and profitability; provide actionable reports to the commercial team.
• Manage short‑ and long‑term demand and supply planning, inventory turns, and finished‑goods inventory.
• Coordinate import and export planning with global supply chain teams in the US, China, India, Mexico, and OEM suppliers.
• Oversee regulatory and trade compliance for international shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Direct distribution center and warehouse operations, including 3PL relationships and transportation cost management.
• Drive finished‑goods purchasing, cost‑reduction initiatives, and budget management in collaboration with the sourcing team.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and logistics.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and trade compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional and global teams.
• Experience managing distribution centers, 3PL providers, and transportation costs.
• Track record of cost‑reduction and budget responsibility.
