Senior Supply Planner – North America Market

About the role

As a Senior Supply Planner focused on the North America market, you will ensure the availability of Mobility Aftermarket spare parts while meeting customer service and inventory budget targets. You will work closely with suppliers, plants and internal functions to drive delivery performance and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Secure deliveries from plants and suppliers, respond to customer requests and correct any deviations from standard parameters.
• Act as the main contact for supply‑planning topics across purchasing, marketing, quality, sales and other cross‑functions.
• Develop demand forecasts, plan procurement schedules and manage inventory levels to meet target deployment.
• Monitor KPIs, identify weak points, define corrective measures and follow up on their implementation.
• Negotiate delivery schedules with plants and suppliers to guarantee on‑time fulfillment.
• Maintain standardized planning processes using SAP‑based alert systems.
• Optimize inventory structure through MRP parameter adjustments and excess‑stock avoidance.
• Facilitate alignment between regional subcontractors and warehouse operations to streamline order fulfillment.
• Implement vendor performance monitoring and lead initiatives to achieve a zero‑backlog state.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Solid experience in supply planning, preferably in an automotive or aftermarket environment.
• Fluent English for communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP APO and SAP planning modules.
