Supply Chain Specialist (Brazil)

About the role

DyStar is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support its operations in Brazil. The role ensures timely product shipments worldwide, coordinating internal logistics and acting as the main liaison between the Americas Regional Headquarters in the United States, the Global Headquarters in Singapore, and local factories.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, packing lists and certificates of analysis, verifying product details, quantities and transport mode.
• Send export documentation to customs brokers, carriers and warehouses, and follow up on shipment confirmations.
• Communicate order status to international customers and alert local factories of product shortages.
• Enter export orders into the company’s export software and ARP system, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Coordinate national transport from warehouses to ports or airports, schedule collections and monitor carrier performance.
• Obtain and evaluate sea, air and land freight quotations, conduct internal RFQs and support contract signing with logistics suppliers.
• Receive and verify bills of lading, attach supporting documents and forward them to customers.
• Monitor export expense requests, validate amounts and trigger payments through the finance department.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of supply‑chain or logistics experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; basic Spanish is required.
• Ability to work with international teams in the United States and Singapore.
• No supervisory responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with export management software.
• Experience using the ARP system for order entry.
• Familiarity with freight quotation processes and customs documentation.
