Technology Lead – Azure & Snowflake (Sao Paulo)

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Lead to drive the design, development and maintenance of data pipelines on Azure and Snowflake platforms for our Brazil operations. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable data processing and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and data‑quality reports from Azure Data Factory and related tools, responding to execution failures.
• Analyse monitoring reports, create PBIs/user stories, and coordinate fixes.
• Provide prompt support in team communication channels, capture process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Design, develop and maintain batch and streaming pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, Spark and Snowflake.
• Investigate data gaps, remediate failed jobs, and ensure pipelines run according to schedule.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in pipeline design, support and development on Azure and Snowflake (5+ years for senior‑level).
• Strong background in ETL/ELT processes and cloud resource optimisation.
• Proactive attitude toward system maintenance and rapid issue resolution.
• Excellent communication in English and experience working in Agile environments.
