About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Brazil sales organization. You will focus on operators, service providers, and drilling contractors, driving the sale of training solutions and supporting our growth journey.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and sell training solutions to clients within designated regions and accounts.
- Understand customer pain points, map them to our services, and draft proposals with functional team support.
- Develop and grow share of wallet for assigned customers, building strong relationships with decision‑makers and influencers.
- Identify relevant opportunities in line with company growth strategy through internal and external collaboration.
- Maintain up‑to‑date sales systems and reporting for management tracking, analysis and planning.
- Monitor tender nominations, commitments, terms and conditions to increase share of wallet.
- Collaborate with local and international colleagues to deliver first‑class service and boost customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the energy sector or oil & gas service provider industry.
- Solution‑based sales professional with a strong track record of targeting, pursuing and winning opportunities in both tendered and non‑tendered environments.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills with senior decision‑makers.
- Resilient, tenacious, self‑motivated and performance‑driven.
