Business Development Manager – Brazil Market

About the role

As a Business Development Manager for LittleBig Connection in São Paulo, you will lead the company’s market entry and growth in Brazil. You will build a portfolio of strategic clients, adapt the value proposition to local needs, and manage a team of Junior Business Developers to drive revenue and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Brazil.
• Open and grow strategic accounts in targeted industries.
• Adapt LittleBig’s value proposition to local market needs and positioning.
• Drive acquisition of major enterprise clients and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Lead the full commercial cycle: prospecting, RFP responses, proposal creation, and complex negotiations.
• Represent LittleBig at the highest level with C‑level and procurement stakeholders.
• Hire, coach, and manage a local team of Junior Business Developers.
• Set performance targets and foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
• Build a local community of freelancers and consulting firms and oversee expert‑client matching.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, margin, pipeline, closing rates, and team performance.
• Deliver regular reports and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a top business school, engineering school, or university.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B business development, consulting, or strategic sales, preferably in international or digital environments.
• Proven track record in market development and client acquisition.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high‑performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with data‑driven execution capability.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
