About the role
The Business Development Manager for Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, will lead growth initiatives across the Latin America region. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint by nurturing existing client relationships and acquiring new accounts within the healthcare logistics sector.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts and territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular interaction and technical support.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, including Project Managers and Coordinators, to ensure end‑to‑end customer satisfaction.
- Generate and manage quotes, respond to special client requests, and track win/loss ratios.
- Identify market opportunities, conduct research and trend analysis, and provide insights to senior management.
- Coordinate client projects with Operations and communicate pipeline status.
- Share market intelligence with Marketing and senior leadership.
- Support audit preparation, site visits, and address quality complaints.
- Represent the company at trade shows, workshops, and client events.
