Digital Designer

About the role

The Digital Designer will support the creation of engaging, user‑centered digital experiences across web, CRM and other platforms for Motorola’s global brand and product portfolio. Working within Lenovo, you will collaborate cross‑functionally to produce visually compelling, responsive, and brand‑consistent assets while leveraging modern design tools and AI‑enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative design concepts for digital campaigns, websites, social media and other online platforms.
• Create user‑friendly digital designs, including website layouts, social media graphics, email templates and interactive multimedia elements.
• Work closely with copywriters, developers and product marketers to ensure seamless integration of design elements across channels.
• Advocate for user‑centered design principles to enhance usability and overall user experience.
• Adapt and optimise designs for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Utilise emerging AI‑powered creative tools to improve ideation, asset generation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Collaborative, detail‑oriented designer capable of translating creative concepts into polished digital assets.
• Strong commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Focus on user‑centered design and usability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Experience using AI‑enabled creative tools to support design workflows.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
