Senior Visual Designer – Branding & Motion

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to create high‑quality visual assets across branding, retail, digital, motion, and marketing touchpoints. The role blends strong creative craft with strategic thinking, leveraging AI‑powered tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual design solutions for brand, retail, digital, motion, and marketing initiatives.
• Create cohesive visual systems and storytelling approaches aligned with brand strategy.
• Utilize AI‑enabled creative tools to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and boost output quality.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and direction confidently to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, adapting quickly to feedback and shifting priorities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, branding, UI, or motion design.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign development, and multi‑platform visual design.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, motion, and design systems.
• Experience leveraging AI creative tools to support design workflows.
