About the role
DiaSorin is seeking an Executive Account Manager to lead sales activities across the North and Northeast regions of Brazil. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, driving revenue growth, and delivering diagnostic solutions to hospitals and clinical laboratories.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell immunodiagnostic and molecular diagnostic products to public and private hospitals and clinical analysis laboratories.
- Provide consultative advice, address technical questions, and ensure optimal use and profitability of the offered systems.
- Identify and prospect new customers with purchasing potential to increase market share.
- Participate in public bidding and procurement processes, preparing and presenting commercial proposals.
- Analyze sales statistics and performance indicators to uncover opportunities for new product introductions.
- Prepare regular sales, visit, and performance reports.
- Monitor billing and payment processes, coordinating with internal departments to ensure alignment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Biochemistry or a related field.
- Experience in immunology diagnostics sales or a similar healthcare segment.
- Proven consultative sales and strategic account management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales data.
- Fluent Portuguese; intermediate to advanced English is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Fortaleza or the surrounding region.
