About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead our commercial success and market development in Brazil for a leading technology organization focused on data infrastructure and enterprise storage. You will act as the primary executive representative, shaping go‑to‑market strategy, building high‑performing teams, and expanding our partner ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the country‑level business strategy, translating global objectives into a localized go‑to‑market plan.
- Lead, develop, and scale high‑performing sales and technical teams.
- Build and strengthen a robust partner ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Serve as the primary executive representative in Brazil, engaging senior stakeholders and leading high‑value negotiations.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with global and regional leadership to align strategy and share market insights.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, financial discipline, and local regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in country management, regional leadership, or senior commercial leadership within enterprise technology, software, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian enterprise IT landscape, including cloud, data infrastructure, and digital transformation trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale high‑performing commercial and technical teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Executive presence with proven ability to negotiate and influence C‑level stakeholders.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English with strong communication skills.
