Strategy Operations Manager

About the role

As a Strategy Operations Manager you will support stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. You will analyse complex problems, conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Structure complex operational challenges and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategic objectives with operational capabilities.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate team members to achieve strategic and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, oversee initiatives from planning through execution.
• Navigate ambiguity using strategic frameworks and support change management through training and communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, operations or consulting (e‑commerce or digital/tech a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience using analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
