About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Talent Account Director to serve as a trusted adviser for Mid‑Market customers in São Paulo. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with office days, and focuses on delivering value through LinkedIn’s Talent, Learning and Glint solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Ask layered, open‑ended questions to uncover customer objectives and challenges.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer organization.
  • Lead with solutions rather than products, aligning recommendations with customer goals.
  • Drive decision‑making by articulating shared vision and value propositions.
  • Apply commercial acumen when crafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Use data and insights to support investment recommendations and address objections.
  • Proactively mitigate churn risk with a customer‑centric approach.
  • Identify growth opportunities to increase customer value and ROI.
  • Map key stakeholders, assess relationship strength, and develop outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for optimal customer success.
  • Maintain disciplined territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 + years of relevant experience in account management or sales, preferably within the Mid‑Market segment.
  • Strategic selling mindset with a strong focus on customer success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to think commercially and negotiate complex agreements.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
