About the Role

Join Foundey, a strategic UI/UX design agency dedicated to scaling high-growth SaaS, AI, and Fintech startups. As our Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in stabilizing and optimizing our financial operations, ensuring our rapid growth is supported by robust and accurate financial management.

Main Missions

• Manage daily operational accounting tasks, including transaction processing and account reconciliations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Monitor budgets, perform financial forecasting, and prepare comprehensive financial statements.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and support annual financial audits.
• Manage payroll processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate financial processes within a fast-paced agency environment.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within a startup or agency environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process optimization and scalability.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple financial workflows simultaneously.
