Affiliate Partnerships Manager - Brazil

About the role

Better Collective is seeking an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth in the Brazilian market. Based in Sao Paulo, you will build and manage key affiliate relationships, ensuring the company’s iGaming platforms reach a wider audience while maintaining a transparent and safe betting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and negotiate with new affiliate partners in Brazil.
• Maintain and optimise commercial contracts (CPA, revenue share, hybrid models).
• Conduct daily performance analysis, reporting key metrics and ROI.
• Support due diligence, invoicing and cash collection for assigned partners.
• Provide monthly partner reports highlighting trends, issues and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Partner Operations and Business Development teams to align strategies.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends and compliance requirements.
• Develop pricing strategies and pipeline for Brazilian assets in coordination with the Affiliate Partnerships Team Lead.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial, marketing or agency roles, preferably within iGaming.
• Strong understanding of affiliate and digital marketing concepts.
• Proven track record in sales, account management or media buying.
• Familiarity with commercial models such as CPA, CPL, CPM and revenue share.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Highly organised, self‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
