Brazilian Engineering Project Specialist

About the role

VTEX is launching a Brazilian Engineering initiative to showcase the country’s technology talent. The specialist will act as the commercial and strategic bridge for this program, working directly with the co‑CEO to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and turn ideas into concrete actions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and strategic interface of the Brazilian Engineering initiative.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute institutional presence and corporate events.
• Create targeted marketing and commercial communication campaigns.
• Prepare commercial proposals, executive presentations, and strategic materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
• Represent the initiative at meetings, events, and external interactions.
• Collaborate with the co‑CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a strong academic record.
• Up to 7 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Background in commercial roles, business development, marketing, or partnerships.
• Technical understanding combined with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of taking ideas from concept to execution.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
• Experience planning or executing corporate events is a strong plus.
