GTM Operations Manager, CRM & Systems

About the role

CreatorIQ’s go‑to‑market teams move fast, and the technology that powers them must keep pace. As the GTM Operations Manager for CRM & Systems you will own the technology backbone of the revenue organization, set the roadmap for Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, and lead a team of administrators, engineers and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Salesforce, HubSpot administrators, automation engineers and analysts.
• Define and drive the roadmap across Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, Clay, Gong, 6sense and related tools.
• Establish and enforce standards for security, access, release management and data quality.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Legal to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities, set metrics for system health and lead vendor evaluations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• 5+ years in GTM or Revenue Operations, with at least 2 years managing people.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and architecture, including Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong operational and project leadership with a disciplined intake and delivery process.
• Strategic thinker who can stay hands‑on to unblock the team and protect quality.
