About the role
Join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing commerce team in Brazil as the Lead Account Manager for the Beauty category. You will be responsible for building and scaling relationships with top Brazilian partners, driving revenue through innovative social‑commerce initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and manage leading Brazilian business partners for the hardline category.
- Negotiate and secure optimal campaign deals while maintaining strong, long‑term relationships.
- Help partners increase exposure by leveraging creators, livestreams, and short‑form video content.
- Identify short‑term and long‑term collaborative opportunities to grow partner businesses.
- Maintain high service quality metrics such as low cancellation/return rates and positive reviews.
- Use data analysis to uncover pain points, define business requirements, and prioritize solutions.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation with experience in client‑facing roles.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account or category management.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a global environment.
