Operations Analyst

About the role

This Operations Analyst position supports large‑scale online training programs in data, AI, and digital skills. Working in a remote‑first environment, you will help manage the end‑to‑end delivery of live learning sessions for hundreds of learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage live online training programs, including admissions workflows and instructor staffing.
• Collaborate with program managers, operations, and curriculum teams to ensure smooth execution of data science and analytics courses.
• Monitor learner pipelines, support enrollment, and assist with marketing and applicant engagement activities.
• Provide real‑time support to learners, instructors, and teaching assistants during synchronous sessions, typically on Saturdays.
• Conduct operational and performance analysis on program data to generate insights across cohorts, regions, and delivery channels.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects aimed at program improvement, experimentation, and scaling.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in operations, analytics, program coordination, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong project‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse learner groups.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and comfort working in fast‑changing environments.
• Willingness to work aligned with US East Coast hours, including occasional weekends.
