Project Manager – Process Automation & Digital Innovation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join 3M’s Global Analytics & Insights team in Sumare, Brazil. You will lead strategic initiatives that drive process automation, digital innovation and technology‑enabled transformation across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery and closure using Agile and iterative approaches.
• Define and manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks and resource allocation across multiple teams.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope and aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile values and support scaling of Agile practices.
• Communicate project status, risks and outcomes to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, tailoring messages for each audience.
• Apply systems thinking to assess upstream and downstream impacts and drive data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in technology‑focused environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and ability to coach teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic, cross‑functional settings and deliver measurable business value.
