Senior Data Analyst: Multiple Teams

About the role

Constructor is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support multiple product teams, including Data Science Integrations, Ranking, Recommendations, AI Shopping Agents, Offsite Search Optimisation, Personalisation and Retail Media. You will work at the intersection of data, product and machine learning to turn user behaviour into actionable insights that drive revenue and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large‑scale user behaviour data to uncover patterns, issues and growth opportunities.
• Design, run and evaluate A/B tests, measuring impact on key business metrics.
• Define, validate and maintain metrics that reflect both user experience and business outcomes.
• Build dashboards, reports and self‑service data tools for cross‑functional decision‑making.
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, product managers and business stakeholders to translate insights into product improvements.
• Work with SQL, Python and distributed data systems to process and analyse massive datasets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience solving business problems using data.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, visualisation libraries).
• Understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
