Account Executive – Health

About the role

The Account Executive – Health will deepen relationships with healthcare customers, connect them with Microsoft leadership, and drive strategic technology transformation across the health sector. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring Microsoft’s solutions align with customers’ business objectives and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for multiple health‑care accounts.
• Expand and manage a network of internal partners (e.g., Health Industry Solutions, Healthcare Data & AI, Security & Compliance) and external partners such as system integrators and ISVs.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, driving partner‑enabled deals across providers, payers, life‑sciences, and public‑health organizations.
• Anticipate account risks (regulatory, data‑privacy, funding cycles) and prioritize actions to mitigate them.
• Lead virtual teams and coordinate with account management to adjust priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Educate decision‑makers on Microsoft’s value proposition and align solutions with their strategic goals.
