Account Executive – LATAM Market Development

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Account Executive to lead Macrobond’s expansion across Latin America, based in Brazil. The role will own the full sales cycle, from territory planning and prospecting to negotiation and contract execution, positioning Macrobond as a trusted provider of economic and financial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for LATAM, building brand awareness and a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles, generating new business through outbound prospecting, networking, events and marketing leads.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with senior stakeholders such as chief economists, portfolio managers, CIOs and senior business leaders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, present tailored proposals and navigate complex buying processes involving multiple decision‑makers.
• Represent Macrobond at conferences, trade shows and industry forums across Brazil, sharing market intelligence with internal teams.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience in financial markets, market data or fintech sectors.
• Proven track record of territory development, exceeding revenue quotas and acquiring new logos.
• Strong understanding of Brazil’s financial services and capital‑markets ecosystem with an existing network of senior decision‑makers.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English; Spanish is a plus.
