Account Executive – Sourcing (Print Procurement)

About the role

The Account Executive, Sourcing is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing the end‑to‑end procurement of print and campaign management services. You will act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams and suppliers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and transparently.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the packaging print process and advise clients on the most suitable suppliers and formats.
• Negotiate pricing, request quotations and select suppliers in collaboration with the central procurement team.
• Manage day‑to‑day procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance and adherence to contractual targets.
• Maintain and report on KPI data, monthly/quarterly performance and QBR information.
• Support Account Managers and Directors with project management, savings calculations and invoice issue resolution.
• Produce detailed print specifications and track order progress, keeping clients regularly updated.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in print procurement or print management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, achieve targets and negotiate pricing.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient, organized and able to work extra hours when needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese.
