Account Manager – LATAM

About the role

Netcore is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and expand its LATAM portfolio. You will own the full sales cycle, nurture relationships with C‑level stakeholders, and drive revenue growth across existing enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and grow revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Map each account’s key stakeholders and build strong relationships with CXOs.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to create strategic expansion plans.
• Ensure 100 % customer satisfaction and maximize retention rates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in marketing technology (email and marketing automation).
• Proven track record as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
