Account Manager / Senior Buyer

About the role

The Account Manager / Senior Buyer will own internal stakeholder relationships and manage supplier partnerships for GWP (global workplace) products. You will lead projects to ensure schedules, quality, and cost‑effectiveness while adhering to company standards and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage GWP procurement projects, assign jobs to approved suppliers, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating costs and timelines.
• Communicate with global internal stakeholders on RFQs, samples, schedules, quality, engineering, and logistics.
• Provide technical input, generate weekly WIP and profit‑and‑loss reports, and use management information systems.
• Oversee logistics to guarantee timely, quality deliveries, including shipment coordination and paperwork.
• Control financial aspects by securing competitive costs, identifying savings, and handling invoice reconciliation.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in print procurement, marketing services, or print management with a focus on point‑of‑sale merchandising production.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with internal and external partners.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in English.
