Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Brazil)

About the role

The GBS team at TikTok is expanding TikTok Shop in Brazil and seeks a strategic Account Manager to drive adoption and success of TikTok Shop Ads among enterprise and mid‑market clients. You will act as a trusted consultant, helping brands integrate commerce and media strategies to grow their businesses on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the TikTok Shop subject‑matter expert, advising clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining high platform engagement.
• Assess leads and funnel health, prioritize actions to reduce churn and activate new opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end engagement activities, including prospecting, outreach, project planning, troubleshooting, and collaboration with e‑commerce and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive revenue by promoting Shop Ads, creating integrated media plans, and supporting both pre‑sale and post‑sale processes.
• Stay current on TikTok Shop product updates, market trends, and competitor activity to provide holistic guidance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across functions to ensure smooth adoption of Shop solutions.
• Share market and client insights across teams through case studies and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Identify product and process improvements and communicate them to leadership and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of advertising operations and eCommerce dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent strategic thinking and client‑centric approach.
