About the role

Re:Sources, the internal services arm of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a motivated accounting trainee in São Paulo. The ideal candidate is well organised, agile and quick to learn new tasks. The internship is hybrid, with two days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

Support audit documentation: gather general documents and handle audit requests
Process payment orders: check and analyse them, prepare intercompany payment orders and record completed ones in the Workflow system
Support agency users: help them access the Workflow system, set up expense records in AD Data and solve daily system issues

Required profile

Preferably a student in the second year of Accounting
Good communication, organisation, agility and proactivity
Commitment to the proposed activities and interest in learning

Required skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
