After-sales Training Center Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate After‑sales Training Center Trainer to join our team. The role involves delivering and developing training courses for after‑sales staff, managing the training facilities and tools, and mentoring new instructors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands‑on training sessions for after‑sales personnel.
• Design, update and continuously improve training curricula based on market needs.
• Manage training rooms, equipment and teaching tools to ensure optimal learning environments.
• Assess course effectiveness, collect feedback and implement improvements.
• Coach and mentor newly hired trainers, fostering their professional growth.

Required profile

• Strong learning ability, innovative mindset and willingness to acquire new knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate across departments.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and considerate of trainees.
• Proven ability to develop and adapt training programs to market demands.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Automotive, Engineering, Mechanical or related fields).
• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English and/or Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
