About the role

The Backoffice Analyst (PL) will support Bosch’s supply chain operations in Itatiba by managing purchase planning, inventory control and after‑sales processes. The role ensures smooth flow of finished goods, accurate data in SAP and timely coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan purchase and supply of finished goods for resale, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Process purchase orders, monitor supplier performance and resolve order discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and product movements in SAP, performing data entry and account reconciliation.
• Analyze supply‑chain data, generate cost‑reduction reports and create performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to expedite shipments and handle returns, warranty claims and quality compliance.
• Support after‑sales operations and track key supply‑chain indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven experience using SAP and advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with Power BI and international order‑flow processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
