About the role

EBAC is looking for a Paid Social Analyst to lead and execute performance‑driven campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms. You will work closely with an international team to turn data into conversions and help the school grow its online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor performance KPIs and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
• Analyse conversion metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with the marketing team.
• Stay up‑to‑date with paid media trends and best practices.
• Support the design team by contributing to creative briefs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• English level B2; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate with an international team.
• Proactive, organized and collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (campaign structure, segmentation, audiences, pixel, events).
• Experience with lead‑generation campaigns and UTM tracking.
• Data analysis and insight extraction.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
• Copywriting for performance and A/B testing of ads, creatives and audiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
