About the role

This position is located in Brazil and sits at the intersection of business needs and technology delivery within a large healthcare environment. The analyst will translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, support the design of digital solutions, and drive process improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and convert them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across business areas.
• Monitor development progress, conduct testing, homologation, and user‑acceptance activities to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Assist in deployment, rollout, and post‑implementation support for systems and end users.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify needs, resolve issues, and continuously improve digital products.

Required profile

• Completed high school; higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields is a strong advantage.
• Experience in business analysis within IT environments, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with corporate IT workflows, security principles, and LGPD data‑protection guidelines.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
