App Channel Manager

About the role

KTO Group is looking for an App Channel Manager to own the performance of its mobile app – the core channel for player acquisition, retention and revenue. This is a strategic, cross‑functional role that focuses on the end‑to‑end user journey rather than product specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial health of the mobile channel by monitoring installs, activation, retention, deposits and engagement, and rallying teams to meet targets.
• Map, analyse and continuously improve the full mobile journey from store ad to re‑activation, identifying friction points and coordinating fixes across product, CRM, payments and marketing.
• Champion an app‑first mindset, ensuring new features, campaigns and promotions are designed for mobile before being adapted from web.
• Align product roadmaps, commercial priorities, CRM/loyalty initiatives and marketing efforts to create a coherent experience on the device.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market activities including app releases, App Store Optimization (ASO), in‑app messaging and feature roll‑outs.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Google Play and the Apple App Store, managing review processes and policy compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mobile app channels and driving key performance metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to influence product, commercial, CRM, CX and tech teams.
• Experience working with app store relationships (Google Play, Apple App Store) is a plus.
